What is a marker?
Markers denote places on the map where you can view Big Wild initiatives, stories, photos and videos related to that location.
Marker Types
How do I use a marker?
Clicking on a marker reveals a summary of an initiative, story, photo or video for that location. From there you can drill down to more specific details or choose another marker.
If a marker appears to be overlapped by another marker, simply zoom in on that area of the map and the markers will spread out.
What do the numbers on the markers mean?
The numbers on the markers mean that there are multiple markers of the same type in that area. When you click on a numbered marker the map will automatically zoom in on that area so that you can see more of the markers. When you click one a marker that shows a number 1, it will reveal the photo, video or story for that area.
